What We Do and How We Do It
Norgaz offers obligation free advice to potential customers wishing to use a gas appliance in their home, we will explain how it’s done and what the legal frame work entails to do an installation at your home. We will come to you and provide you with detailed information on your current and future needs. We offer obligation free quotes. We keep records of all the installations we do and will remind you when certain types of maintenance needs to be done to keep your installation 100% safe and functional. We work within the regulatory frame work of SANS 10087-1 of 2013, we use only the highest quality materials and components in our installations. We comply with the LPGSASA code of conduct to which we are ethically bound.
We also issue compliance certification (C.O.C) as a value added service for every installation that we do. In many cases a C.O.C is charged as a separate item, at Norgaz we do not do that. We also offer a compliance certification service to customers who have existing gas installations and need a new one, for example a house has been sold or the original certificate may be lost, remember when any gas installation is altered in any way whatsoever a new C.O.C must be issued in respect of that particular installation. If you use gas appliances in your home you must have a compliance certificate, in the event of a mishap whether it is gas related or not most insurance companies will void your claim if you cannot produce a compliance certificate. Our installations are conditionally guaranteed for 5 years, all manufactures warrantees or guarantees will be upheld.
